Career
Carlisle first developed his investment management skills at Franklin Templeton where he demonstrated an intuitive ability for process engineering and streamlining workflow processes.

Business
Carlisle's successes developing systems and processes to increase the bottom line for others motivated Carlisle to start his own company. "For me it was never just about the money, it was about respect. I felt that working for someone else I would never get compensated or respect equal to my abilities. It was then that I decided that I needed to start my own business."

In 2003, Carlisle founded Transcend Realty & Development a full service real estate brokerage and development company. As President of Transcend Realty & Development Carlisle has created systems and processes which have streamlined the Real Estate transaction process.

In 2007, Mitchell founded Urban Assist, a non-profit community housing development organization with an emphasis on personal, business and community development. The goal of Urban Assist is to facilitate personal, business and community development.

In 2008, Carlisle created a Real Estate Investors Network. The Real Estate Investors Network is designed to help investors, business owners and entrepreneurs learn real estate investing strategies, systems and processes to Save Time & Money and Increase Productivity to Increase their Bottom Line.

When not performing his duties as President, Mitchell speaks and hosts events for business owners, entrepreneurs and investors throughout the U.S.

In 2003, Carlisle founded Transcend Realty & Development a full service real estate brokerage and development company and RealtyandDevelopment.com, The Online Network for Buyers, Sellers and Real Estate

In addition to providing traditional brokerage services for Buyers and Sellers of Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Transcend Realty & Development specializes in Real Estate Investments which promote Personal, Business and Community Development.
